GB ENgineering used to be the only place in the UK that I knew of (I used two) but they have stopped now. I can only think kof DS Tuning in Germany..

I've bought a Subaru adapter from them and it seems good, haven't actually run the car yet but it all went together relatively easily.
They don't speak English so you'll have to find a German speaker to help you, as well as organise bank transfer..

I bought the Alfa adapter plate from them, see this link:
adapter link
I had to a little work on it for the induction sensor. I'm still working on
this project, so I have not got any real on-road experience with it.
There are two types of adapter, one for engines without induction sensor, and one for engines with one.
Owh, if you order the "with-induction-sensor" kit, be aware: There is a large disc with it which bolts to the flywheel (you can see it on my site). This wheel wasn't balanced. You have to explicitly ask them to balance it (it costs extra).

Good luck!
