Hi,

I'm toying with the idea of getting my moggie van back on the road with a diesel conversion. I've driven a 1.4 tdci fiesta and it's rapid, pulls lovely, not too large (moggie engine bay isn't too long) and is extremely good on fuel. Does any one have any experience of these? Does it require a special bell housing to couple up to a type9 box? I'm not a huge fan of wiring, the AAZ was complicated enough! so do you know if ford went to the same length of immobilising these cars as VW did with some of the tdi's?
