Hi
Its raining again so I may as well put some pics of how I am getting on with my van.
I have cut out a nice big hatch and made frame work around it, I know should have got a T25
hatch open

I have done a bit more since this rad/fans on wiring completed, no pics yet. If it stops raining it might even be on the road this year.

Hi
No it does not go under engine just bolts to the chassis legs I do not see the need, if the engine mounts break the engine will still be supported by the steel part of the mount, but as I have removed the back panel I have also made a tow bar out of 120x80x8mm that bolts to the chassis, so I do not think it will be pulling in on its self.
I will take some better pics and add later
Thanks Den

Nice! making me rethink how i was going to do mine now! like you I have removed the rear section but - i have an extremely heavy tow bar assembly to compensate for that too.

Hi Pepper
I got the LDV mounts rubbers and subframe £20 scrapyard, but the engine is upright in the LDV so I had to mod the mounts a bit, I just could not get it to look O.K. With all the LDV bits.

| is that the original air filter you're using too? If it is thats a pretty good idea. cos I've been looking at ways of getting a small air filter system installed with my turbo system. |

| I've also got a subframe and LDV mounts, I thought I recognised the rubbers. I too came across the fact that the LDV sits dead upright whereas the Peugeot VW conversion still leans over like the original engine. |
