Was just wondering what clutches I can fit to the 1.6D t25 engine, i know its basically a golf engine with diff sump/mounts and should take the same clutch, but does a clutch off anything else fit, eg something cheaper than the 90 quid just kampers want? _________________ Second Gear All The Way Baby!

| no the caddy wont fit. the t25 clutch is 215mm most golf clutches are a 210mm plate but golfs are reverse acting clutchs ie pressure plate bolted to crankshaft , if you need to upgrade i've got a 228mm clutch on my t25 1.9tdi kits are available of the shelf in germany about £400 |
