donner car is a 1.9 diesel 1994 306
how much in the way of electrics is there nuts and bolts i can do. I can do some electrics but a few pointers will get me started and if i can get all the bits i need in the van first when i can afford the adapter plate
it will be a bolt in affair with everthing in just waiting for the engine if all goes to plan it will start fairly easily
(edited due to it not making sence shouldnt wright posts when half asleep)

what we could do with is a heading ?
model.................bay
year...................72
eng size..............1.6
intend eng 2 fit....1.9d
electrics very easy , coil feed goes to feed fuel pump and glow plug relay , .. oil presure wire think its normaly blue wire may need to extend also starter wires . its getting the water pipes thats tricky i lathe up my own alloy couplings to join pipes , then normaly make up coper fittings (the ones with solder in have nice ridge for grip ) to join up heater pipes ,n Ts to go up to expansion bottle _________________ Auto Union Munga Jeep ,T4 2.4td , T4 2.5tdi ,Mercedes S Class on LPG , 66 splity deluxe , GP mk1, 3 type 25s 1 with 1.9dt pug engine + 1 with N/A pug engine ,,there are 6 t25s with pug power in Darlington

sorry to take so long my s been playing up .
no ECU very easy , might have anty theft device on fuel pump , but quite easy to remove on the engine you have to be carefull on the bosche pumps some of the later ones have a 2mm roll pin through the said anty theft shield , if you miss this it will snap the fuel mixture screw housing (top of fuel pump) but i think this is on the latter engines after 95 ,
if you can measure from chassis to the crank pulley as not central
it might also pay to make a jig to hold or align the box at the bellhousing , by doing this it will save a lot of time lining the engine up , on latter bay far easier as extra mounts on bellhousing _________________ Auto Union Munga Jeep ,T4 2.4td , T4 2.5tdi ,Mercedes S Class on LPG , 66 splity deluxe , GP mk1, 3 type 25s 1 with 1.9dt pug engine + 1 with N/A pug engine ,,there are 6 t25s with pug power in Darlington

hi pepper might be best with a pic , cause when yer go to auto shop its always 'well the's 3 different types'
anti theft , or some have an extra cold start , i have some later 206 type engines and these have some extra wires , 1 of them i have sat in shed out of s reg only done 14k miles and faulty head precombustion pocket hole blown through into waterway , cecked it out and the old syle cyl head will fit prob put the old style fuel pump on aswell , but can change anti theft device for the old style solenoid
