Hi Guys, first post so be gentle with me!!. to me rjes products is the way to go as an all round package, with not only top quality components but the development, knowledge and support to go with it .. when i decided to go scooby my main concerns were can i do this myself what if i get stuck. after looking at rjes website and posts in this forum the answer is a definate yes. i really wouldnt have considered if the detail was not available to wet the taste buds and give confidence. the more info availabe the better in my opinion. Others may copy but the originals are always the best!!. keep doing what youre doing richard as this forum is testiment to your continued good work and new customers who didnt go US of A. who would want to go elsewhere to save a buck or two, and not have a support network like this.. . _________________ 1988 T25 EJ25 n/a.. it just makes more sense that way.. |

Thanks for the support! Nobody'as abked for the info I've temporarily taken off my site yet. It's only a few pages, but I'll either leave it off the site or replace it with whatever amount of info is appropriate when I know more about how useful it would be to buyers of the 'other' product. _________________ Regards,

Any ideas on launch date of this new product? any ideas of there target country? any ideas on price?
I think they will be hard pushed to produce and import this product at a lower cost than you but only time will tell.
I believe as others have said the info on your website is invaluable and although i haven't placed an order you yet, without the info i probably wouldn't of been so tempted to order from you.
If someone wants to copy from someone else the easiest way is to purchase the product its self you will never be able to stop this unfortunately. The info on your site is excellent but is not strictly available through your site if they want that info they will find it somewhere else.
Good luck Richard hopefully people will continue to support you and this other company will be a flash in the pan.
Cheers Ian. |

Hi Rich,
I've got no idea about how much the US know about RJES, but if these companies have yet to put the product to market then it would make sense to ramp it up over there. That way the consumers know what the original product is - even though some of the big ones over there have been around since the 80's - your product would look like the more established one. That'll certainly be the case over here and in the rest of europe.
Personally, even though I havn't used an RJES conversion, I think the feedback and time you give is phenominal. It gives the impression that your not simply out there to take the money off people - but to actually get they're vw's on the road.
Good luck! |
