hi all you people out there
what is the easiest way to go from drum to disc on a 68 bay, ive got late bay disc set up ready to put on front but i would like all round ,ive located a complete rear set up from a 944 is it not possible to change the swing arms and spring plates and just offer up the 944 set up i would also like 944 fronts aswell

I have a split that was running with bay brakes, disks on the front and drums on the back. I up graded both recently. The rear drum to disk conversion is fairly straight forward but does require new mounting brackets for the caliper, the hub flanges reduced in diameter and custom hand brake cables.
