My Haynes manual hasnt arrived yet but I thought I would make a start on removing stuff so I can change my head gaskets. First job and first hurdle!!

I cant shift the crank pully nut. Is it a LH thread or something silly? Whats the best way of locking the crankshaft. The engine is still in the bus at the moment.

Cheers.

Done it now! Must have been feeling weak and feeble last night!

I put the bus in gear, put on the handbrake and shocked the bolt off. easy!
