i mounted mt header tank finaly.built this mount.and routed the hoses differently.the bottom hose goes to the rad return close to the stat.and the top goes to the rad in at the bellhousing after i welded a 16mm barb fitting. i also welded a bypass tube 8mm to the scoby heater return right by the dipstick.from the crossover manifold to the heat return bypass that i welded on.its amazing how wel the heat works now.my hole deal was to do this conversion and have excelent heat and cooling.
the heat works hot in about a mile and a half.
and no bleeding!.just pour it in and go.
