Fitting XUD9TE problems please help

A couple of issues with my conversion that I need help with. Fitting a 1.9 TD XUD9TE into a 79 bay.
1 The inlet manifold fouls the fuel tank. How do I resolve this? Does a non intercooler type manifold fit my engine, I could then use a remote intercooler.
2 vacum pump also fouls the fuel tank engine, what do I do about this as I have servo brakes so need the vac pump.
3 wiring for the bosch pump. there are three wires black, green and either orange or brown. which is live?

the conversion in my bay has had the fuel tank 'altered' by way of a lump hammer by the look of it. Engine don't foul no more
