pug 1.9 td on auto box caravelle t25

this has got to be my best toy,power steering,1.9td auto!
so easy to drive and powerfull.

soon as i blow the motor or box i have a 2.1td to go in,but done about 11000 miles in her so far in the last year and no problems yet.
even towed a devon camper 200miles,+various cars i have towed!

dont forget about the cooking oil!

if you change your oil atthe right intervals then you will have a job to blow it ,, i keep trying , the only one ive managed to blow ,, was one out of a rolled 306 ,, that had been starved of oil ,,,, a mate has one t25 with pug 1.9 dt in , 220k miles , he phone`d one day to say oil was coming out all over the place , and asked if i could find an engine , another mate had a zx td and gave it to us ,as long as we took another one away for scrap ,, then when i saw my mates bus pull up , and large pool of oil forming , i thought its not coming from oil seals and looked under the engine and saw that it was coming from the oil preasure switch , job sorted in 10 minuets ,, bonus in the 5 years or more that he`s had his bus its only been in for exhaust a couple of times
